If you were to take a step back and reflect on your life, you may find that there are several that you are not too happy about. In addition to this, you may find that you spend a fair amount of time thinking about these areas, meaning that your emotional energy is directed toward what you don’t want.
Additionally, you may see is that some of these areas have become worse as time has passed and this has caused you to experience an even stronger reaction to them. But even if this isn’t the case, their mere existence could still be enough to greatly annoy you. In fact, simply doing this exercise and thinking about these areas could get you worked up.
