Knowledge is Power

As a child, I adored Nelson Mandela. In my decades of teaching, I have used this saying of his to remind me that when we focus on problems, we will have more problems:

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

But, when we focus on possibilities we have more opportunities; hence my relenting chant about food and health for humans and non-humans alike. I am in service for a healthy world for all who live here, that’s my mission.

The topic of nutrition has become a bewildering landscape of cultural myth and vested interest.

There is an urgent need for a new approach to human diet, one that cuts through the commercial PR, the political caution and the nutritional confusion.
