Recently, we talked about why New Year Resolutions can be utter bullshit. But that is not an excuse to just throw your hands up, give up, call it a day, and resign yourself to the fact that you’ll never fully recover from divorce. Or become financially secure. Or quit feeling guilty. Or take better care of yourself. Or quit living in the past.

Hell no. You didn’t think you’d get off that easily, did you?

This week, we’re going to start digging deep into how to change the way we think about New Year Resolutions. But this doesn’t stop once the month of January is over. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to drill down on the goals we have for ourselves that we think are unattainable, and actually start making them realistic, attainable, and even fun.
