Maybe it was a family member, spouse, best friend, or even a dear pet. Grief is something we all experience in life. I am writing this to help people understand the difference between grief and depression.
Currently, I am experiencing a phase of grief due to losing my dear dog and friend, Tito. In other times of my life, I have struggled with depression. Grief and depression share many similar symptoms and can often feel like each other, but are, in fact, quite different.
