Did you know that when you are doing something else, your body doesn’t do its digestive work as well? That’s right. It isn’t an excellent multi-tasker, and one of the worst consequences is that we don’t feel satisfied or full from an amount that we would feel that way from if we weren’t doing something else. So it is critical that we eat mindfully. But we have so much to do! Here are some of my favorite tips.
